During this season, when the time changes and days are shorter I seem to "get depressed."
The season of Advent reminds us of and prepares us for Jesus' comings: He came as a child in a manger, he comes into the lives of believers, and one day, he will come back.

During this period of prayer, reflection, growth, and renewal, we wanted to share a few tips you can embrace throughout the Lenten season and beyond.
Some days it’s great to simply pause and reflect on the little (and big) gifts from God and blessings surrounding us.
